Quality fastener maker Shuenn Chang Fa expands plant to fulfill orders

Shuenn Chang Fa (SCF) is reputed for its production of quality long length screws. To efficiently manage fastener production process, SCF invested billions of New Taiwan dollars into procuring Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems(AS/RS). Thus, the company could monitor the production process to inventory stocking effectively. The company has acquired multiple certifications to offer the best services to their customers; besides quality certification, SCF also acquired environmental certifications, such as IATF16949, CE certificate and ISO 14001. In 2022, SCF newly obtained ISO/IEC 17025 for laboratory certification.

For SCF to maintain corporate sustainable management and to offer better services to clients, SCF had invested into two sets of AS/RS, one being the Barrel AS/RS, focusing on stocking fastener products, and allows for storage of around 2000 tons of products. The other system is the Tote Case AS/RS for samples and stocking small volume products, with inventory space about 4800 boxes.
