2026/01/15 | By Sherry ChenAmidst global manufacturing supply chain readjustments, IMTEX and IMTEX FORMING, organized by the Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers' Association (IMTMA), will take place from January 21 to 25, 2026, at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC) in Bengaluru.
The exhibition reinforces its position as a key point for metal forming and manufacturing technologies in Asia. The IMTEX FORMING showcases the latest advancements across metal forming technologies, including presses, sheet metal forming machines, die casting, hydroforming, wire forming and drawing, as well as robotics, automation, welding, and joining systems. Hydraulic and pneumatic systems, tooling, dies and moulds, and testing equipment will also feature prominently.

Approximately 600 exhibitors from 22 countries, and more than 133,166 visitors from Germany, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan, the United States, Poland, Slovakia, and India are expected to participate. Sectors range from automotive and auto components to aerospace and defence, medical equipment, power generation, railways, construction machinery, and capital goods.
Beyond machinery and equipment, the five-day exhibition highlights the industry's shift toward digital transformation and high-productivity manufacturing. Smart factories, automated and integrated production systems, are commercial necessities.
Taiwanese B2B sourcing platform, CENS / Economic Daily News, will also be available on site, issuing leading international machinery manufacturing publications, including "Taiwan Machinery," and "Middle East & Central Asia Special," offering buyers timely developments in Taiwan's machinery and industrial insights into machinery manufacturers, delivering procurement buyers with opportunities to assess alternative suppliers and emerging Taiwanese technologies.
