There are thick and thin wall injection products. For thick wall products, the injection speed must be slow, while for thin wall products, the injection speed must be fast. Also, the injection pressure must be low for thin wall products since it would warp the thin wall products if the internal pressure gets too high. Yet, some products require high pressure and low speed injection controlling, which is opposite to the thin wall products. To satisfy this condition, using the two set double cylinder injection system which controls high, normal, and low speed injection can solve the problem.
For two set double cylinder injection system:
* When using high speed injection, the injection speed increases to above 200mm/sec. With this high speed and low pressure injection, it can reduce internal force and prevent warping for thin wall products or slow flows material.
* When using normal speed and pressure injection, injection performance is good for general production.
* When using low speed and high pressure injection, it is better for thick wall products, especially for high holding pressure and long holding time products. Thick wall products must use larger barrel to inject in order to avoid injection pressure gets too low and causes product shrinkage
