Features:
‧Consistent vertical-operating pressure without typical air compression issues
‧High-low pressure activated hydraulic cylinder
‧Hydraulic cylinder can be slowed, pressure-reduced when hot platens contact items to be welded
‧Buffer gap for moving hot platens is adjustable depending on mold weight, minimizing vibration during operation
‧Hot platens move on high-precision linear slide
‧Two-in-one heating unit with options of single or double operation
‧Auto-return of hydraulic cylinder when power OFF prevents deformation of upper and lower platens due to prolonged thermal contact
Functions:
‧ Platens are heated to melt surfaces of items to be welded for pressure joining
‧ Pressurized joining seals two surfaces and can achieve air and water-tightness
‧ Suitable for plastic items that are difficult to weld or can’t be ultrasonically welded as
large or asymmetrical items
Sample products: automotive taillights, turn signals, third brake lamps, auxiliary radiators, air filters and balancers for washers.
