Features

The speed rates of our portable electromagnetic drill and tapping machine can be changed quickly during running to increase work more efficiently
Drill sleeves, tapping adaptors, and borer holder are all with rapid-adaptors for fast replacement of cutters
Tapping adaptors are with torsion control to prevent tap bits from being twisted off
Due to special design of tapping handled, it can even be tapped on the high hardness steel to ensure tapping operation more perfectly
This drill & tapping machine can use normal straight or oblique handle drill bit to drill holes, and tap thread by tap bit and also use annular cutter to cut holes

Description

The drilled holes & tapped threads will not skew to one side as the up/down transmission of the tool bit is the round shaft gear rack
With circuit-breaking protection, it can cut off current to prevent motor from being burnout if any of the wire of 3PH power source is broken off
Design with drilling force control unit for auto-feeding, this machine will drive feeding intermittently or stop feeding when drill bit is worn out
Auto-feeding with three feeding rates (0, 0.15 or 0.25) to choose the suitable feeding rate for operation
With 3 intermittent breaking rates for chips breaking can help chips to discharge easier during processing
