Qingdao Xinyiyuan Automobile Fitting Co., Ltd is established in 2004, and it is a Joint Venture of Sino-USA. The company is located in the beautiful city Jiaonan, Qingdao with convenient transportation facilities, which is only about ten kilometers away from Qingdao Port.
Qingdao Xinyiyuan Automobile Fitting Co., Ltd is one of the nation' s largest independently owned manufacturer of friction brakes. We supply our products to many of the largest retail and wholesale distributors in China and overseas market under a variety of private label identities.
Now the company hold 70,000 sqm, and the area of the workshop is 20,000 sqm. We keep 6 brake pads production lines, and have the capacity of 10 million sets per year.
With the formula NAO, semi-metallic, low-metallic, our products can reach the customers of USA, Europe and Japan. We also keep self-contained testing equipment, such as Dyno testing, cut testing and Chase testing, we can carry out the simulate testing of JASO, Akmaster and LACT, also can carry out the FMVSS135 and 105 testing. With the EPR managing, we have passed TS 16949 and ISO14001 systems. Our dedication to continuous improvement motivates us to lead the industry in both quality and efficiency.
