Founded in October 1997, NAFCO ® offers fasteners for various applications relating to major transportation vehicles such as civil and military aircraft, automobiles, public transit, trains and maritime vessels.
NAFCO’s ® unique ability is development and manufacture of heat and corrosion resistant nuts (bolts), Self-locking nuts, CNC machined parts, backed by its aircraft engine fasteners. Users could be Engine, exhausting system, Turbo Chargers for automotive and marine industries.
TS16949 and AS9100 certified in two factories here followed by lean manufacture management, qualified fasteners are made out in house from those unique lines for silver plating, NDT, passivation, vacuum heat treatment. Shanghai factory targets to pass AS9100 in 2011.
NAFCO ® employs such materials as Waspaloy, Inconel, A286, Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, Al-Alloy, and Titanium Alloy, etc. Quality testing operations are undertaken to ensure that its products remain safe under extreme temperature, humidity and air pressure environments.
NAFCO is a publicly held company in Taiwan. Its major shareholders include the Mitec Group (47% share), the Executive Yuan Development Funds and Yao-Hwa Glass Co.( 13% share )
NAFCO experienced the most difficult of 2008~2009 global economic crisis. With strong financial support of MiTAC Group, NAFCO is well prepared to meet the challenge of fast growing Aero & Auto market demand for the next 10 years.
