Alpha Metal Product Co.Ltd has been a perforated business for more than 40 years, in 1999, in order to extent the business scale, we build a new factory in Dalingshan Town, Dongguan City. The scale is more than 6000 sq. meters and more than 200 employees. There are 6 departments, including Sales dept., Production dept., R&D dept., Administration dept., Painting dept.,and Storage dept.
The major products are surface mounted perforated board, an acoustic celotex board, speaker net, other hardware mental board. We have complete production process line including R&D development, tooling making, Perforated, Pressed, Formed, Painted, and Package. Our facility is 50 sets, the productivity is 100kpcs per month. All modern equipments are imported from Taiwan directly. The total investment is over RMB 25 Million.
In 2003, our factory achived the ISO 9001:2000 certificate. Our product sold to European, USA, and Asia district. In China, we are the OEM factory for Kolzip, Changliang Jinggong steel structure, Radiant Enterprise and CSGES. In worldwide, we are also the OEM factory for Ge, Sony, Panasonic, and Sanyo.
