For decades now, the phrase "Buy Pins, Find Yung King" has been a popular response among buyers. With President Josh Chen at the helm, Yung King has achieved an impressive annual sales volume of 2,000 to 2,500 tons.
Simple Yet Reliable: Anti-Loosening Technology
Yung King Industries Co., Ltd specializes in manufacturing four primary products: cotter pins, spring pins, hitch pin clips, and dowel pins which are all made of high-quality stainless steel, iron, and copper. Although the appearances may seem simple, they play a critical role in preventing loosening in various applications. Also, they are highly customizable in size, with most pins able to reach a maximum size of 16mm and the dowel pins can even exceed 20mm.
These pins are widely utilized in vibrating machinery, castle nuts on wheel rims, long chains, and other applications that require anti-loosening features. Unlike complex locking mechanisms, like screws, Yung King's cotter pins are much more convenient and simpler to replace: simply insert them into the target object, bend them to lock, just that, you achieve the goal of anti-loosening with ease.
Equipment and Manufacturing Process Upgrades
With two factories situated in Xinzhuang and Sanchong districts, Yung King completed its automation upgrade of equipment at the end of last year. This innovation has not only shortened the production process but also improved the quality and service, satisfying customers' needs for special products and earning good reputations.
Yung King's primary customers are importers from the United States, Japan, and Australia, accounting for 40%, 20%, and 29% of its sales, respectively. The firm is eager to expand its business into the European market and make the customers experience high-quality and durable pins from Taiwan.
Last but not least, the third generation of Yung King will be taking over the family business this year, injecting new ideas into the old factory and creating a fresh atmosphere.
