1974: Startup.
1975: Export the ship components to Japan.
1978: Supply Automotive & Motorcycle forging parts in domestic market.
1981: Participate in researching & developing the military parts.
1984: Open the O.E. Automotive part in United States through TRW.
1989: Awarded the Military Superior Supplier by Taiwan National Defense Department.
1991: Sign the agreement of technology transferring with FMC in United States for producing the tracking shoe & armored vehicle suspension system and also awarded the Military Superior Supplier in Taiwan again.
1994: Approval of ISO-9001 & certificate of qualification issued by Mcdonnell Douglas in United States.
1996: Quality approval by Chrysler & Allied Signal in United States.
2003: Establishing a forging factory, “Jin Peng” in Fu-Zuo, China.
