Commercial Terms
Land Feng caters mostly to mass distributioins systems and deals exclusively in furniture. In general, we sell by fully loaded container. Mixed loading is possible to certain unique requirements. Unless otherwise specified, all Land Feng prices are in US$ FOB SHENZHEN & FOB SHUNDE port, China by fully loaded container (20FT,40FT or 40FT HC)

Furthermore, prices are subject to change with short notice or even without notice due to many factors beyond our control. Therefore all prices and condit ions must be confirmed prior to order.
Delivery terms
Delivery time is variable according to products, season and customers requirements. As a general rule, shipment will be effected within 35 days on confirmation of order and provided that the deposit or L/C is received in due time. Confirmation will be made for each particular order.
