FAWER Automotive Parts Limited Company (“FAWER”) has been registered since Dec.20, 2007 in Changchun Municipal Industrial & Commercial Administration Bureau and put into operation.Before this date it was called Fawer Automotive Parts Company Ltd. In accordance with relevant national policy regarding restructuring of state-owned enterprise and unified restructuring planning of FAW Group, with the equity share participation of Ningbo Huaxiang Electronics Limited Company, FAWER becomes a legal entity of making its own operational decisions and assuming sole responsibility for its profits or losses.
