Yong Cheng Precision Mechanism Co., Ltd. recently announced will move into a new factory on a 500-square-ping (16,800-square-foot) site soon. At the new factory, which will be nearly 300 pings (10,800 feet) bigger than the current site, the company expects to double its output of knitting machines, its major product.
Founded more than 10 years ago, the company has recently landed an increasing number of orders for its products, which include multi-feed interlock double knitting machines, high-speed multipurpose double knitting machines, high-precision rib double knitting machines, double fleece single knitting machines, knitting machines available with one to four cam tracks, terry fabric circular knitting machines, pattern wheel jacquard double knitting machines, pattern wheel jacquard single knitting machines, and pattern wheel mesh jacquard single knitting machines.
In order to assure quality, Yong Cheng has built key German-made or Japan-made components, including bearing and knitting units, into its machines. However, compared with Japanese and Germany complete machines, Yong Cheng’s machines are much less expensive.
Yong Cheng has built its machines to be as friendly to apprentices as possible, making the machines ideal tools for manufacturers seeking to reduce labor costs.
In addition to its machines going to markets under its own brand, the company also offers a built-to-order service. Markets with prosperous textile industries ---including India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, Malaysia, mainland China, Japan, and Turkey ---are the company’s major export destinations.
The company delivers products approximately 45 days after receiving orders, and all of them are sold with a one-year warranty. (KL)
