.Determine top and bottom surface of ring
.Place ends of rings in receptacle tips at ring installer jaw ends
.Compress installer handle until diameter of ring is larger than that piston
.Installing ring over piston and placing ring groove
.Installing bottom ring rst
.Release compression on installer handles
Ensure ring gaps are staggered
