Guanghsing Industrial Ltd. was established in Pan-Chiao city, Taipei in June, 1972.
For the growing business scale, Guanghsing Industrial Ltd. was renamed "Guanghsing Industrial Co., Ltd." in May, 1974.
In the early stage of development, Guanghsing manufactured products of high quality for sale in the market and gained a market share in lighting appliances, precise tape decks, and components of home appliances, and car audio components.
