Cooling solutions for LED lighting

Thermoking Technology International Corp. (TTiC) supplies LED lighting fixtures including streetlights, projector lights, grid lights, tunnel lights, T8 light tubes and light bulbs.

The maker has developed superb cooling solutions to specialize in making LED lighting rated at above 1,000W but sub-10% light degradation even after 20,000 hours of non-stop operation.?

The unique fan-cooling achieves thermal-resistance within 0.08C-per-watt with its unorthodox natural cooling technology capping resistance to within 0.3C-per-watt.

The low-mounted thermal vents protect the LED streetlights from dust, bird dropping and other pollutants that can quickly compromise top-vented LED lights.

The maker is the only supplier of 350W LED lights designed to replace 1,000W mercury streetlights.

The line of lighting fixtures are rigorously tested in the SGS laboratory, including 500 hours of erosion-resistance test, IP67 dustproof and waterproof tests, impact-resistance, 360 consecutive hours of ON-OFF test under 50C, and durability test, making the light fixtures meet Taiwan government’s LED-light-fixture-specific CNS15233 standard and international standards as UL, CE, C-Tick, PSE, ISO9001 and ISO14001.

Besides being slim, light, easy-to-install and beam-angle-adjustable, the light fixtures are sometimes integrated with solar-power panels, as well as patented in Taiwan, the United States, China and Japan.

The light fixtures are installed in public-work projects in Europe, the U.S., China, Taiwan, Japan and Asian nations, and labeled with the company’s TTiC brand. (KL)
