Nan Yun Industrial Co., Ltd., established in 1993, supplies the most competitive, high-caliber screws and barrels because it always pursues a higher level of extruding and injection molding technologies.

The company has a modern factory of 6,000 square meters in Yungkang Dist. of Tainan City, southern Taiwan, maintaining a work force of 70 to turn out 500 sets of screws and barrels per month.

The company adopts an in-house integrated production process to assure high quality of its products. Over the past few years, the company's screws and barrels have been fully satisfactory to all manufacturers of injection- and extrusion-molding machines both at home and abroad.

Nan Yun notes it has established close relationship with customers of injection- and extrusion-molding machines. Executives of the company's management team, as well as the rest of the company's work team, are relatively young but are highly educated and well trained, according to the firm's president Chen Hung-en. Operating as a cohesive unit, he adds, they are in constant search for perfect product quality.
