Established in 1970, Mao Chuan Industrial Co., Ltd. is an ISO/TS 16949:2002- and ISO 14001:2004-certified company specializing in metal stamping backed by wide-ranging precision skills, offering production, assembly, to final packaging according to specification.

Mao Chuan started as a small OEM of clothing parts and accessories and then, after gaining years of experience in punching, diversified into manufacturing leather accessories and footwear parts mainly for Nike and Reebok. In recent years and having built considerable reputation as OEM with seasoned production skills, the company has ventured into auto parts and electronic components.

With about 100 workers in two factories across some 99,000 square meters in Taiwan, the maker turns out wide ranging buttons, buckles, footwear parts, leather accessories, radiator fins, electronic parts, hardware for automotive and electrical applications, hand tools and construction items, with monthly capacity of some 30 million pieces, over-70% of which are exported mainly to Europe and North America.

To make sure orders meet specifications of function and quality, Mao Chuan painstakingly conducts production feasibility study and risk assessment in the early stages, also steadily communicating with buyers and adhering to ISO/TS16949 procedures to deliver fully-satisfactory products, all of which help to build trust among buyers.

After continuous upgrading, Mao Chuan claims to have successfully evolved into a provider of “high quality metal stamping technology” with progressive die know-how. With know-how in metal stamping, Mao Chuan now offers a wide line of automotive, construction, electronic accessories as well as wrenches and various industrial items.
