Organized by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), the 2025 edition of Medical Taiwan – International Medical, Health & Care Expo will take place from June 5 to 7 at Hall 2 of Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center. A major highlight this year is the expanded M-novator Startup Pavilion, showcasing the theme “Smart Healthcare × Global Innovation.” The pavilion aims to address the urgent needs driven by global aging and healthcare efficiency, serving as a premier platform for interaction between international medtech startups and investors.

According to TAITRA, the M-novator pavilion brings together 11 startups from five countries—Belgium, Israel, South Korea, the United States, and Taiwan. Exhibits span key sectors including digital health platforms, telecare, advanced medical devices and sensors, AI-assisted diagnostics, and medical imaging analysis.

Notable innovations include:

To deepen insight into future opportunities, the M-novator Startup Pitch Event will take place on the afternoon of June 5. The event features keynote speeches by leading global healthcare investment professionals, offering perspectives on medtech funding trends and investment strategies. It also includes a panel discussion with Taiwan-based industry leaders and hospital representatives on real-world collaborations in the local medical ecosystem, covering clinical adoption, supply chain cooperation, regulatory pathways, and market entry strategies.

All 11 startups will deliver live product pitches during the event, directly engaging with investors, potential buyers, and industry partners. The goal is to demonstrate technical strengths, showcase product value, and explore fundraising and collaboration opportunities.

With its blend of innovative technology, global startup engagement, and strategic resource networking, Medical Taiwan continues to serve as a gateway for the smart healthcare industry to enter international markets. It also highlights Taiwan’s strong capability in integrating medical services with advanced technology, creating fresh opportunities for global healthcare cooperation.
