Automechanika Vietnam Set to Open — Taiwanese Exhibitors Ready, CENS Supports Drive into Emerging Markets
2025/06/02 | By EDNThe 2025 Automechanika Ho Chi Minh City will take place from June 19 to 21 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC). An estimated 482 exhibitors from 43 countries are set to participate, showcasing comprehensive solutions across the entire automotive supply chain, including electric vehicles, smart mobility, maintenance equipment, and auto parts. Among them, the Taiwan Pavilion boasts a strong lineup of 44 quality suppliers, aiming to leverage premium Made-in-Taiwan (MIT) products to capture opportunities in Vietnam and ASEAN automotive markets.
Covering an exhibition area of 22,600 square meters, the event is expected to attract over 15,000 international buyers. The show will feature diverse themed zones focusing on electric and electronic components, digital solutions, body and paint, motorcycle parts, and autonomous driving technologies, highlighting the global automotive industry's transition toward digitalization and sustainability.
Economic Daily News / China Economic Publishing Department (CEPD) will also take part in the exhibition at Booth AB11, distributing complimentary copies of the Taiwan Transportation Equipment Guide (TTG) and the Taiwan Hand Tool Annual, helping Taiwanese suppliers enhance international visibility and connect with potential buyers.
As one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing automotive markets, Vietnam is experiencing rapid growth thanks to the rise of EVs, AI integration, and strong government support. It is estimated that the country will see annual new car sales surpass 900,000 units by 2025 and exceed 1.8 million units by 2030. The Vietnamese government is also promoting industrial localization and technological upgrades, with a target to raise the local content rate in the auto sector to 60% by 2025 and establish Vietnam as a regional manufacturing and export hub. This surge in demand is expected to further boost the aftermarket and auto parts supply chain.
The Taiwan Pavilion features key exhibitors including HANG THU Industrial, Shou Jun Enterprise, Chong Xiang Industrial, Jiu Long Machinery, Zhi Guang Tools, An Qi Enterprise, Xing Ling Industrial, and Wei Xing Enterprise. These top-tier companies will showcase a range of cutting-edge products such as automotive and motorcycle parts, repair tools, and electronic systems—demonstrating the quality and technological strengths of MIT products and drawing strong interest from international buyers.
This year’s show will also highlight specialized zones for automotive repair and maintenance, body and paint, care and detailing, oils/lubricants and fuels, accessories and customization, offering insights into the latest developments in powertrain service equipment. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore the latest infotainment systems, diagnostic software, custom accessories, and automotive care solutions for both conventional and new energy vehicles.
