Four Major Exhibitions Unite to Showcase Taiwan’s New Manufacturing Power

Taichung, Taiwan – The three-day 2025 Taiwan Industrial Week (TIW) opened on October 14 at the Taichung International Exhibition Center, bringing together more than 310 exhibitors presenting 5,000 innovative products. The event is expected to attract over 28,000 professional visitors and buyers from more than 60 countries, gathering in Central Taiwan—the heartland of Taiwan’s manufacturing—to witness the latest achievements in industrial innovation and sustainable development.

This year's TIW highlights Central Taiwan's role as the manufacturing core of the nation, showcasing its comprehensive supply chain advantages. The exhibition features four major themed shows—the Taiwan Hardware Show (THS), Taiwan International Metalworking & Precision Machining Exhibition (iMT Taiwan), Taiwan Industrial & Occupational Safety Exhibition (T-SAFE), and the International Refrigeration, HVAC & Green Energy Technology Exhibition (RHVAC Taiwan). These events cover key sectors such as metalworking, hardware, green energy, HVAC, and occupational safety, presenting the latest trends in smart manufacturing, sustainability, ESG practices, and AI-driven innovation—all under one roof.

Driving Industrial Transformation and Global Linkage

The opening ceremony on October 14 was attended by representatives from government agencies, industry associations, and international delegations.

Mr. Dai Shou-hong, CEO of Kaiguo Co., Ltd., the show organizer, remarked that Taiwan Industrial Week serves not only as a product showcase but also as a key platform for industrial upgrading and sustainable transformation.

He emphasized that this year’s theme—“Smart Manufacturing × Green Transformation × Global Matchmaking”—underscores the show’s mission to connect Central and Southern Taiwan manufacturers directly with global buyers, strengthening Taiwan’s position in the international supply chain.

Dai noted that the 2025 TIW unites four major exhibitions:

Taiwan Hardware Show (THS) – Asia's leading sourcing platform for hardware and tools

Taiwan International Metalworking & Precision Machining Exhibition (iMT Taiwan) – Featuring advanced metal manufacturing and smart production technologies

Taiwan Industrial & Occupational Safety Exhibition (T-SAFE) – Focusing on safety innovation and workplace protection solutions

International Refrigeration, HVAC & Green Energy Technology Exhibition (RHVAC Taiwan) – Highlighting energy-efficient, eco-friendly, and smart building systems

Together, these shows form a complete ecosystem representing the full industrial chain—from advanced metal processing and intelligent manufacturing to sustainable safety solutions and green energy applications.

The 2025 TIW creates a one-stop cross-industry procurement and collaboration platform, fully demonstrating the strength and global competitiveness of Taiwan’s industrial sector. This year, over 320 companies present more than 5,000 products, marking a 20% growth over the previous edition, with pre-registered visitors up 2.5 times compared to last year.
