Southern Taiwan's Premier Industrial Event Launches! TAINAN PLAS 2026 Now Open for Exhibitor Applications

Organized by the Tainan City Government’s Bureau of Economic Development and executed by the Economic Daily News, the second edition of TAINAN PLAS 2026 – Tainan Rubber & Plastics Industry Exhibition will take place at the Greater Tainan Convention Center from March 18 to 21, 2026.
The exhibition will bring together leading companies from Taiwan’s rubber and plastics industry to showcase cutting-edge machinery, materials, and smart manufacturing solutions, creating Southern Taiwan’s most professional platform for industry networking and procurement.
Deputy Director Hsiou Fu-jen of the Bureau of Economic Development noted that this edition will feature five major thematic zones — Processing Machinery & Equipment, Molds & Components, Raw Materials & Products, Peripheral Accessories, and Recycling Equipment. The event will present the complete industry supply chain, from machinery and mold manufacturing to materials innovation and circular economy technologies, highlighting Taiwan’s progress in technological upgrades and green transformation.
The Tainan City Government has long been committed to driving industrial innovation and strengthening southern Taiwan’s manufacturing clusters. The rubber and plastics sector serves as a crucial pillar of local manufacturing, widely applied in electronics, automotive, construction, packaging, and medical industries. As global sustainability trends continue to rise, the industry is accelerating its shift toward smart production and sustainable practices.
Lu Xiu-bin, Deputy Director of the Economic Daily News, emphasized that the event will leverage the team’s extensive experience in organizing professional industrial exhibitions to provide comprehensive exhibition services and precise matchmaking mechanisms. Through integrated online and offline marketing promotion, exhibitors will gain enhanced brand visibility and market access.
