Central to the CaVex series is a high-strength 120-tooth ratcheting mechanism, providing an ultra-fine 3-degree arc swing. This design enables efficient operation in confined environments such as engine bays and machinery compartments, where standard ratchets often lack clearance.

Despite its fine gearing, CaVex maintains substantial torque capacity. The ½-inch drive model supports up to 1000 Nm, while the ¼-inch and ⅜-inch models deliver torque levels exceeding twice the DIN standard requirements, ensuring reliability in high-load and heavy-duty applications.

Easy-Grip Lift Design Enhances Control

The CaVex series incorporates RE-DAI’s Easy-Grip Lift Design to provide one-handed operation. When the square drive faces upward, downward pressure on the handle causes the ratchet head to lift slightly, making it easier to grip. A widened, anti-slip grip further enhances control and reduces slippage under high torque, improving comfort and safety during prolonged use.
