Machined from CNC 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, the unit houses a tire plug inserter, a CO₂ pump, dual standard valve core tools (Presta and Schrader), and a sealed storage that accommodates two specifications of tire sealant strips (1.5mm and 3.5mm). This one-step design eliminates physical bulk, offering cyclists a seamless experience during roadside emergencies.

The engineering prioritizes safety alongside convenience. The tool features an ergonomic, non-slip handle and a precision depth-control mechanism designed to prevent over-insertion and to protect the internal structure of the rim. Threads and torque zones ensure a secure connection, while the modular design allows for the replacement of consumables, such as the patch needle, valve stem, and patch strip.
