Piston Ring Expert C.T.I. Extends Ventures to Auto Battery Solutions

C.T.I. Traffic Industries is the leading piston ring manufacturer, devoted to the industry for over 52 years. Founded in 1973, the company has exported to more than 120 countries across 5 continents. The Department of Green Energy was established in 2018 to devote resources to a new product line in the field of power battery applications for vehicles, buildings, and public industrialbased storage & backup systems. The company acquired the world's first UL 1973 12V/5Ah IC certification to guarantee excellent security.

Through the new business operations, C.T.I. developed the new Green Power device, which features fuel-saving technology, enhanced driving performance, and 12V vehicle jump-start rescue capabilities. Acquiring patents D206395, M630566 & M672711 along with CE, FCC and UN38.3 certifications, ensuring compliance with international safety and quality standards. During normal operation, Green Power connects to the vehicle's starter battery for fuel savings and enhanced driving performance. When rescue is needed, users simply disconnect the cables joint and replace it with clamps joint for jump-start operations. After rescue, reconnecting the original cables joint will automatically charge and resume driving mode. All operations except initial installation are tool-free.

Another new product is the C.T.I.’s Lithium-Series Super-Starttery, which covers a wild range of vehicle applications, ranging from heavy motorcycles and automobiles to large trucks. This series of products includes 12V heavy motorcycle batteries (36Wh), 12V car batteries (108Wh,

240Wh, 480Wh), 16V car batteries (144Wh), and 24V truck batteries (216Wh, 480Wh), providing the power needs of all types of vehicles. Each battery has passed BSMI and UN38.3 certification, and all cells have also passed UL1642 of the USA and IEC62619 of Europe certification. Having excellent energy density, a long life, and high safety, the Lithium-Series Super-Starttery can provide stable and reliable power support, whether it is improving acceleration performance or extending the cruising range.
