Taiwan's Hardware Trade Shows in October Draw Global Buyers and Showcase Industrial Strength

In October 2025, Taiwan will once again take center stage in the global hardware industry with two major international trade events: the 24th Taiwan Hardware Show (THS) and the TiTE x IHT Taiwan International Tools & Hardware Expo, expected to attract tens of thousands of professional buyers from around the world. These shows will highlight Taiwan’s advanced manufacturing capabilities and its resilient supply chain in a time of global economic uncertainty.

THS 2025, organized by Kaigo Co., Ltd., will take place from October 14–16. As one of Asia’s leading Made-in-Taiwan hardware exhibitions, THS continues to gain momentum internationally. This year, the show team promoted Taiwan’s hardware strengths at the 2025 Global DIY Summit in Portugal, standing out as the only representative from Taiwan. The event successfully generated buyer interest from Germany, Italy, Japan, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, with major retail chains like Kingfisher, Bunnings, and Mitre10 confirming their participation as VIP buyers. Industry associations from Italy and Japan have also announced organized buyer delegations to attend THS, showcasing the effectiveness of Taiwan’s promotional efforts.

TiTE x IHT 2025 will follow from October 21–23, taking place at the newly opened Taichung International Exhibition Center (Shuinan), Taiwan’s newest and largest green-certified international venue. Co-hosted by the Taiwan Hand Tool Manufacturers' Association and Lanza International Marketing, the show centers on the theme “TEAM TAIWAN”, spotlighting key sectors such as hand tools, automotive parts, machinery components, fasteners, and smart manufacturing. It underscores Taiwan’s pivotal position in the global manufacturing and supply chain landscape.

With over 400 exhibitors and 800 booths expected, the show will attract more than 20,000 professional buyers from across the Americas, Europe, Japan, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Key product categories include hand tools, automotive repair tools and equipment, EV maintenance solutions, fastening components, industrial safety systems, and gardening and home improvement tools—providing a full-spectrum showcase of Taiwan’s hardware capabilities.

Backed by the Bureau of Foreign Trade (BOFT) and organized in partnership with the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), both events will host a Global Buyers’ Sourcing Day featuring one-on-one matchmaking sessions with buyers from over 80 countries, ensuring real business connections and new sourcing opportunities for Taiwanese manufacturers.

The Taichung International Exhibition Center, located in the heart of Taiwan’s precision manufacturing hub, provides a unique “exhibition at the source” experience, allowing international buyers to connect directly with local suppliers. This co-location with the island’s key manufacturing cluster enables swift order fulfillment and faster business alignment.

This year’s exhibitions will feature eight specialized zones, including:

*Tools & Accessories

*Metalworking & Equipment

*Plant Facilities & Industrial Safety

*Automotive Maintenance & EV Applications

*Fasteners & Fixings

*Gardening & Outdoor Solutions

*Building & DIY Hardware

*Digital Manufacturing & Smart Factory

Together, THS 2025 and TiTE x IHT 2025 will offer an unparalleled platform for sourcing, networking, and market insight. Amid global tariff challenges and supply chain restructuring, Taiwan’s hardware industry demonstrates resilience, innovation, and reliability. These dual exhibitions present a compelling gateway for international buyers to explore new partnerships and experience the full strength of "Made in Taiwan" in person.
