From Roadside Rescue to Heavy Machinery, HPMJ Delivers Emergency Power Solutions with V4 Series

HPMJ Co., Ltd. has launched the V4-20Ah 12V/24V heavy-duty emergency jump starter, targeting commercial vehicle rescue and high-current applications. The newly developed voltage safety recognition system provides real-time numerical readings on an integrated display, allowing users to clearly identify the required output level. Readings of 12-14V support passenger vehicles, while 24-27V are intended for heavy-duty trucks, delivering an intuitive interface that simplifies operational judgment.

The V4-20Ah is powered by a high-performance 20Ah battery. To extend battery lifespan, HPMJ has engineered a 24V charging system to support dual-battery 12V balanced charging, ensuring stable current delivery, doubling 12V output capacity, and reducing battery degradation. The system incorporates indicator lights and overcharge protection that automatically interrupts charging to prevent overheating. Even after one month of inactivity, the unit retains sufficient residual capacity to start a vehicle.

For functionality, the unit integrates a red LED light that provides both illumination and warning support during roadside emergencies. The V4-20Ah also features HPMJ’s proprietary MPP high-current overcurrent protection connector, protected by a Taiwan patent, delivering up to 90% overcurrent protection during engine startup. Additional safety mechanisms prevent current output when the connector is unplugged, while incorrect clamp connections trigger a beeping warning.

The V4-20Ah supports heavy-duty applications, including tour buses, container trucks, excavators, semi-trailer trucks, military tanks, heavy construction vehicles, and large agricultural machinery. The V4 series is available in two models: a rescue model and a camping model. The camping model adds charging ports, USB, and Type-C connectors to support mobile devices and outdoor equipment. HPMJ also offers emergency power solutions, including emergency lighting, USB charging, portable power supply, and roadside assistance.
